I’m Nicole, 5’4, and my highest weight was 208lbs. I now weigh 185lbs.
I’m proud of myself for getting this far, although I’ve not been working as hard as I could be, so it’s time to step it up a gear.
I feel I’ve still got about 60lbs to lose but who knows when I get there? I’ve realised that you have to have more than being thin as your motivation throughout this - it’s really exciting to see yourself reach fitness goals and this can often be even more rewarding than seeing the scale go down!
I seem to hit a lot of plateaus lately and it’s extremely frustrating but I’m NEVER giving up. Remember to fall in love with yourself at any weight, I’m covered in stretch marks and sometimes it gets me down but then I remember what I love about myself!
